This Privacy Policy describes how CrewLink ("we", "our", or "us"), operated by SivaGroup Manpower, handles information in connection with the CrewLink mobile application ("App"). By using the App you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect, record, store, sell, rent, or share any personal data. We do not use analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or third-party trackers of any kind. We do not build user profiles or track behaviour across sessions.
Phone Number & Authentication
To sign in, the App uses a one-time password (OTP) sent to your phone number via Firebase Authentication (Google LLC). This phone number is used solely to verify your identity and to associate your bookings with your account. It is not sold or shared with any third party for marketing purposes.
Location
The App requests access to your device location only to show nearby services relevant to your booking. Location data is used in real time to fulfil your request and is not stored on our servers beyond what is necessary to complete the booking.
Booking Information
When you place a booking (service type, date, time, number of professionals, location address), that information is stored solely to fulfil your request and to display your booking history within the App. We do not use this information for advertising or profiling.
Third-Party Services
The App uses Firebase (Google LLC) for authentication and push notifications. Firebase may process minimal technical data (such as device tokens) as part of delivering these services. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details: policies.google.com/privacy.
Data Retention
We retain booking records only for as long as necessary to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
Children's Privacy
CrewLink is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
